Removal of Purchases:

• Removal:  All items shall be removed no later than 2/14/2026.

• The pick-up deadline is FIRM!

• Buyer is fully responsible for removing all purchased items.

• CLT will offer FREE forklift loading for Small Items (5,000 lbs. or Less) at this sale.

• Loading only; shipping preparations and/or any dismantling, removing cabinets, or gathering items is the buyers’ responsibility. Buyer is responsible for manual loading; please bring sufficient manpower. 

• Packaging and shipping for small items: We will drop off lots at the UPS Store for packaging and shipping.
