TERMS OF SALE

Payment Information:

• Payment: Payment in full is due no later than TBA
  Forms of payment accepted: Wire transfer, Zelle, and Cash; Credit Cards and PayPal will be accepted for invoices that are less than $5,000. An additional 3% will apply to purchases being paid for with Credit Cards and PayPal.

Removal of Purchases:

• Removal begins the next morning and on all weekdays from 8AM to 5PM.

  Last day for removal is 9/25/2026.
  
  RIGGING AND  REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
  Anyone, either a buyer or rigger, who uses a powered vehicle to remove anything from the auction site, will need a certificate of insurance.

  Statutory Workers’ Compensation coverage as required by state(s) in which work is performed with Employer’s Liability coverage included. Blanket Waiver of Subrogation in favor of Myron Bowling Auctioneers, Inc., where permitted by law.

  The waiver of subrogation may be provided on a blanket basis and does not need to schedule Myron Bowling Auctioneers, Inc., specifically, provided the blanket endorsement applies to written contracts.
